MACHINING

A comprehensive machine shop, which includes :-
4 bed & floor type milling machines, with capacity up to 8m x 3m.
3 large horizontal & floor boring machines, with capacity up to 6m x 3m.

General tool room machines include:-
Union 80 borers. Universal milling machines. Lathes & radial drills.

FABRICATIONS

Welding to coded standards.
M.M.A, Mig and Tig supported by stress relieving and NDT.
Producing fabrications up to 12 tonne.

FINISHING - IN-HOUSE FACILITIES

Shot blasting. Painting to specifications. Thickness monitoring.
Wet and dry film monitoring. Full humidity and temperature
checks on atmosphere and component.
